Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy describes what Cincinnati Dock Door Repair actually collects and how it is used. The site has no forms, no accounts, and no email intake; the only way to contact it is the published phone line. Call details can contain personal information, and this policy is written around that fact.
Calls to the published service line may be shared with an independent third-party provider for review. The provider — not this website — confirms whether it can accept the address, equipment, and scope, and sets its own availability, arrival window, charges, documentation, and service terms. This website does not perform repairs, dispatch technicians, or guarantee that a provider is available.
No forms and no email collection
The website does not have contact forms, quote forms, newsletter sign-ups, chat widgets, or account registration, and it does not publish or collect email addresses. Browsing the site does not require you to provide any information.
Phone calls
When you call the published number, the call is handled like any business phone call. The telephone service records the caller's phone number, the date and time, and the duration of the call. The published number may be provisioned through a call-tracking service, which logs the same call details (caller number, time, duration) so the publisher can count calls. No number-swapping script is enabled on the website in this build; the number shown is the same for every visitor and no page-level source attribution is collected in the browser.
The publisher does not record or transcribe calls on its side of the line in this configuration. If that changes, this policy is updated first and callers are told at the start of the call. Once a call is connected to or returned by a provider, that provider's own practices apply, including any recording notice it gives; this site does not control them. Ask at the start of the call if you need to know whether a particular call is being recorded.
The information you give on the call — facility name and address, your name and callback number, the equipment and its condition — is used to describe the request to a provider.
Sharing call details with providers
Call details may be shared with an independent third-party provider so that the provider can decide whether it can review the request and then contact you directly. The provider handles the information under its own privacy practices once it has it, and this site does not control how a provider stores or uses it. The publisher does not sell call details and does not share them with advertisers or data brokers.
Website analytics
No website analytics tools are enabled in this build. If Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity is enabled later, this section will describe it before it goes live.
Cookies and storage
The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser to function. No third-party cookies are set in this build.
Processors
In this build, the only processors are the telephone carrier for the published number and the website hosting service, each of which processes ordinary connection data.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and contains no databases, user accounts, or stored form submissions. Call details exist in the telephone records and whatever notes are taken to describe the request to a provider. The publisher limits access to its own records to the people handling requests; the telephone carrier and any provider apply their own controls.
Retention
The publisher keeps its call records and request notes for as long as they are needed to handle the request, to answer questions about it, and to maintain its business records. This site does not state a fixed retention period because the publisher's retention schedule is set outside this website, and it does not control how long the telephone carrier or a provider keeps its own records; you can ask about the publisher's practice by phone.
Your choices
- You can decline to give any information on the call; a provider may then be unable to review the request.
- You can ask, by phone, what call details were shared with a provider and ask that your details not be shared further.
- You can ask for a correction to information taken on a call.
Requests are handled by the publisher through the published line; where a law gives you additional rights, those rights are honored to the extent the publisher can carry them out, and the publisher will tell you if a request cannot be completed.
Changes to this policy
When a tool is enabled or a practice changes, this page is updated and the effective date below changes. Tools are not enabled silently. See also the terms of service and About.
Privacy questions
Raise a privacy question, a correction, or a request about your call details by calling (513) 848-6510 and stating that the call is a privacy question rather than a service request.
