Who operates the site

The site is an independent publisher and service-request platform. It is not a contractor, dealer, manufacturer, or manufacturer's service arm. It does not perform, supervise, or warrant repair work, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

No guarantee of match, availability, or outcome

• a provider will be matched to your request, or that any particular provider will review it;
• a provider will be available, respond, or arrive within any time;
• a provider will offer a quote, or offer any particular price;
• a permit will or will not be required, or that any inspection or approval will be granted;
• any repair will produce a particular result, restore equipment to a particular capacity, or satisfy any code, standard, or authority.

Third-party providers

Providers who review requests through the site are independent businesses. They confirm their own identity, coverage, capability, availability, charges, credentials, insurance, and terms directly with you, and they are solely responsible for the services they agree to perform, for their personnel, for their compliance with applicable law, and for any warranty they offer. Ask the provider for its documentation before work begins. Any dispute about services is between you and the provider.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the facility, the equipment, and its condition.
• Request work only for property you own or are authorized to request work on.
• Follow your facility's own safety procedures; keep faulty equipment out of service until a qualified person assesses it.
• Use the site and the phone line only for commercial loading dock and industrial door requests, and not for any unlawful purpose.
