Policy
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Cincinnati Dock Door Repair (the "site"). By using the site or calling the published number, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Calls to the published service line may be shared with an independent third-party provider for review. The provider — not this website — confirms whether it can accept the address, equipment, and scope, and sets its own availability, arrival window, charges, documentation, and service terms. This website does not perform repairs, dispatch technicians, or guarantee that a provider is available.
Who operates the site
The site is an independent publisher and service-request platform. It is not a contractor, dealer, manufacturer, or manufacturer's service arm. It does not perform, supervise, or warrant repair work, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
No guarantee of match, availability, or outcome
The site makes no promise, express or implied, that:
- a provider will be matched to your request, or that any particular provider will review it;
- a provider will be available, respond, or arrive within any time;
- a provider will offer a quote, or offer any particular price;
- a permit will or will not be required, or that any inspection or approval will be granted;
- any repair will produce a particular result, restore equipment to a particular capacity, or satisfy any code, standard, or authority.
Third-party providers
Providers who review requests through the site are independent businesses. They confirm their own identity, coverage, capability, availability, charges, credentials, insurance, and terms directly with you, and they are solely responsible for the services they agree to perform, for their personnel, for their compliance with applicable law, and for any warranty they offer. Ask the provider for its documentation before work begins. Any dispute about services is between you and the provider.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the facility, the equipment, and its condition.
- Request work only for property you own or are authorized to request work on.
- Follow your facility's own safety procedures; keep faulty equipment out of service until a qualified person assesses it.
- Use the site and the phone line only for commercial loading dock and industrial door requests, and not for any unlawful purpose.
Informational content
The site's explanations of equipment, regulations, permits, and costs are general information with cited sources and check dates. They are not legal, engineering, safety, code-compliance, or fire-protection advice, and they are not instructions for operating, testing, adjusting, or repairing any equipment. Regulations and fees change; confirm current requirements with the issuing agency or authority having jurisdiction. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its publisher are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, downtime, or cost arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, a provider's acts or omissions, or a provider's unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, and code of the site belong to the publisher unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe equipment; their use implies no affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or certification. You may link to the site and quote brief passages with attribution; you may not reproduce pages or present the site's content as your own.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date below changes when they are. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms. See also the privacy policy.
Contact
The published phone line, (513) 848-6510, is the only contact channel for the site. State at the start of the call whether it is a service request, a website correction, a privacy question, or a question about these terms.
Questions about these terms
Questions about these terms are handled by calling (513) 848-6510 and stating that the call is about the website rather than a service request.
