How address review works
The call collects the facility's street address, municipality, and state along with the equipment and symptom. A provider then decides whether it can review the request. That decision depends on the provider's current capacity, the equipment family and brand, whether the work is within its scope, and where the facility actually is — not on how the metro area is described.
Do not assume a provider crosses into Kentucky or Indiana because the facility is described as being in the Cincinnati metro. The state line changes which permit office, which contractor registration, and which fire-code authority applies, and it changes which providers are set up to work there. Corridor context for callers
Many commercial docks in the region are found along the I-75, I-71, and I-275 corridors and in the industrial areas near the CVG airport in Northern Kentucky. Knowing which corridor a facility is on helps a provider plan a visit, but it does not establish coverage. General descriptions of the regional economy are not evidence that any provider works at a given address.
